Account access and product features
A Cricket ID identifies an account associated with cricket betting. The label alone does not establish its software, tournament coverage or features. Access to statistics, other sports or casino content depends on the particular service and account terms.
Separately named platforms can have separate credentials and records. An article mentioning several platforms is not evidence of a shared login or balance. The same distinction applies to a cricket account and any separately described casino service.
Scores, account records and payment records
A live cricket score describes the sporting event. An account entry describes activity recorded by the service. A bank or payment record describes a financial transaction. These records answer different questions, even when they relate to the same match or account.
For example, a screenshot of a match result does not identify a particular account transaction. A useful record also needs its reference number, date and displayed status. An account balance and a completed transfer to a bank account are different records.

The site's published contact details are on the contact page. State the issue clearly and include the relevant record. Language availability and response times are service conditions; a website aimed at Indian readers does not establish support in every regional language.
