Interface language does not establish support coverage
For Mahadev Book and Bwin, a language visible on a webpage is different from a language supported by an account contact. Neither observation establishes continuous availability or the quality of a reply.
A description of an international service as English-only needs service-specific evidence. Likewise, a claim of regional-language support needs a confirmed channel and scope. This page does not establish a tested language or support advantage for either name.
