What has actually been verified?
A “verified Cricket ID” is an account description that needs an explanation of the check behind it. Confirming a phone number, reviewing identity information and changing an account status are different events. One completed check does not establish that all the others have taken place.
Creating login credentials is also separate from completing an identity review. Neither event, by itself, guarantees a payment outcome or makes funds secure.
Separate the subject of each check
| Subject | What the distinction means |
|---|---|
| Contact detail | Confirmation of an email address or phone number concerns that contact method. It does not establish the identity or authority of everyone using it. |
| Identity information | KYC means “Know Your Customer”. A reference to KYC concerns an identity-checking process; the service's requirements determine what information it reviews. |
| Account status | A status describes the account at a particular time. Its meaning and any remaining restrictions depend on the service's explanation of that status. |
A submitted request is not a completed review
A message confirming receipt of information is different from a decision about it. For an existing verification enquiry, retain the request reference, submission date and exact status or explanation received. This distinguishes a missing acknowledgement from a review that is still awaiting a decision.
If the explanation is unclear, ask which check remains unresolved and which account it concerns. The published account contact details provide the site's enquiry route. Keep passwords and one-time codes private.
“Verified” does not mean “instant”
A completed review is a status, not a universal processing deadline. A quoted time for another platform does not establish how long a Mahadev Book account review will take.
Account verification also does not prove entitlement to a bonus or faster withdrawals. Those claims need their own applicable conditions. When a person describes themselves as a verified agent, the separate question is their authority to represent the service; the Mahadev bookie role guide explains that distinction.
